In the most characteristic street of the historic center, a nest among the rooftops of old Desenzano. Exclusive terrace and spectacular 360-degree view of the lake, castle, Monte Baldo, and the Garda morainic hills. Soft colors, delicate furnishings; silence, quiet and poetry in the historic center. The only problem: it will be very difficult for you to leave. The space The apartment accommodates two people. However, it is possible to connect it with the Carpe Diem - Agrume apartment, for a stay of 4 people (ideal for example for two couples traveling together). Guest access The apartment has a terrace for exclusive use (equipped with a typical bench of raw Verona marble, table and chairs, deckchair and parasol), ideal for dining immersed in the landscape, dining in company under the lights of the castle, sunbathing, or losing yourself in the colors of the lake. Sunsets are special. We also have a beautiful shared garden with lawn and gazebo, also available for guest use. The house is accessed both from Via Castello, the most characteristic of the center of Desenzano; but also from the garden in the back, thanks to the gate that opens directly to the cobblestone that descends from the castle to the village. The apartment is on the second floor (if you access it from the castle, where parking is very convenient), on the third if you go up from the village. The building, the building of the five hundred protected by the fine arts, has no elevator, but the wide staircase is clearly visible in the photographs we uploaded in the listing. Other things to note The apartment is not equipped with TV or wifi - it is a digital-free space for life choice. We haven't had a TV in over 20 years and we don't like having it at home; for Desenzano wifi it has several free hotspots of the civic network accessible from all over the historic center. Entering someone's home also means discovering the imprint that everyone chooses to give to their own spaces. And we wanted our home to offer exactly this to us first, and therefore also to our guests: view, time, feeling, and a special quiet space.
