The updated bathroom includes a refreshing walk-in shower. For your convenience, the condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: -In-unit washer and dryer -Fully stocked kitchen for your summer dining -50-inch SmartTV for all of your streaming needs -2 portable AC units to keep cool in the summer months As part of the Condo del Sol community, you'll have access to fantastic shared amenities, including: -Two swimming pools -Tennis, Pickleball courts, volleyball, and a half basketball court -Onsite BBQ pavilion -Expansive lawns perfect for sunbathing or a game of Bocce ball Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of their stay. Self-check-in is available via a secure keypad entry; your unique access code will be sent through the booking platform 24 hours prior to your arrival. There is a security doorbell camera for guest safety that is located outside the front door. Your stay includes full access to all shared community amenities. Keys are provided for the locked swimming pools to ensure guest safety and security. Other things to note Pool Season: Please be aware that the community pools are open seasonally, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and are not available year-round. Boat Slip Rental: We are one of the few condos in the area with a boat slip available for rent. If you are interested, please mention it in your reservation request so we can confirm availability. Rates are $75 per weekday and $250 for the weekend (Friday-Sunday). We will guide you through the details, including collecting insurance information and the additional payment.
