The luxury King bed and sleeper sofa is sure to be a welcome retreat from the days playing in the lake, or shredding the terrain on Schweitzer. In the community there are 2 pools, onsite bbq areas, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a half basketball court, and grass everywhere to lay in the sun. Spend the days playing tennis, volleyball, or challenge the neighbors to a game of lawn Bocce ball, courts coming soon! Please be aware that the pools are not open year round and often close around or near Labor Day (September) In the winter months you will see downtown Sandpoint evolve into a skier’s Mecca with Schweitzer mountain resort a short 25 minute drive away, and wonderful bars and cafe’s full of skiers sharing stories and beers, sharing that ski “stoke” from the days activities. This information will be sent to you through AirBNB within 24hours of your scheduled check in Our guests also have full access to all the amenities on site that are a part of the Condo del Sol community, including: two pools (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), the tennis courts, a volleyball court, and expansive lawns for your outdoor games. The pools are locked for security and the safety of the community but keys are provided to guests Other things to note We are lucky to be one of the handful of condos near downtown to have a boat slip available as well. Slip rates are $75/weekday and $250/weekend (Fri-Sun). Please express your interest in your reservation so that we can verify its availability, and walk you through the details, collect insurance information, and collect the additional payment for its reservation.
