Two closets: #1 is set up with shelving for folded clothing. #2 is set up for hanging clothes with one large shelf above for storage. Bedroom #3: Main Level - Queen size bed, nightstands with storage, 32" smart TV and a large 5 drawer dresser. Table expands from 4’ round to over 10’ with 12” leaves that can be added. We're very flexible so please let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate whatever your needs are during your stay. If you would like the fridge and pantry stocked before your arrival, I would be happy to arrange a grocery shopping for you! Please provide a grocery list at least 32 hours ahead of your arrival. There is a $30 service fee plus the cost of groceries. Cleanings are also available upon request and will be billed hourly. Please provide as much notice possible in order to schedule housekeeping. Cleaning includes: Dusting, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, and vacuuming. This can take anywhere from 4 to 5 hours. If you would like a full turnover of bedding and linens - 6 to 7 hours. *Cleanings will not include that of any personal items or laundry. *Stays longer than 21 days or stays that include pets may be subject to mandatory weekly or by-monthly cleanings.
