Beautiful Sunrises – sun at dock from dawn to past 7 pm in the summer 15. Access roads are very quiet and rarely used by other vehicles. Bed linens, pillowcases, blankets & towels not provided. If interested we are able to quote the service separately. Pillows are provided. 2. WiFi: High speed unlimited Starkink 3. It is the responsibility of the tenants to ensure the cottage and its property are treated with respect and care throughout their stay. The cottage and property must be left in the same clean, neat & tidy condition in which it was found. 4. All extra garbage & recycling produced by you need to be taken to the local dump before you check out. 5. This is a “No Party Cottage” and guests are not permitted without the owner’s approval. No parties, stags, etc. We are better tailored to serve family groups. 6. There are 4 life jackets at the cottage, however, if you need one specifically for you or someone else, this will be your responsibility. You are welcome to use the life jackets at your own risk but please remember that legally they must fit you properly. 7. A canoe, kayak and paddle boards are available for your use with your cottage rental fee 8. If you plan on bringing you own watercraft, be sure to advise us of this, well before you arrive. 9. This is a “No Smoking and No Vaping” cottage. Please respect our wishes for a safe, smoke free cottage. If you are a smoker, please smoke outside of the cottage and do not just throw them on the ground as they will not simply disappear. Please dispose of cigarette butts in a proper container that will also completely extinguish them. 10. First pet fee is $100. Any extra pets need to be disclosed and a separate charge of $75 per extra pet 11. Base rate is for 8 guests. Additional fees apply after 8 people so please clearly state the number of guests attending when booking. If extra people need to be added after booking is completed please contact us.
