Welcome to the Bella Lago condo on the Island of Lake Travis! An elegant, gated resort offering luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations on a 14-acre island. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing romantic escape with breathtaking lake views. Enjoy a spacious balcony featuring an outdoor entertainment bar, cooler, TV, wine barrel bistro table, and electric grill, all while taking in stunning views of the hill country. Due to recent rain, we now also have a lake view from our patio. The space UNIT DESCRIPTION/AMENITIES: This villa is the largest one-bedroom configuration on the Island at 850 sq. ft and offers a 1/2 bath along with a full master bath, also offers a huge wrap-around patio with multiple seating areas. The interior has been beautifully decorated to include light and bright furnishings and decor, putting extra thought and care into each accessory, so that our guests feel welcomed! The oversized kitchen is fully stocked with bakeware/cookware, dishes, cups, utensils, and coffee/creamer. Enjoy eating at the adjacent dining area with hill country views or outside on the balcony. The family room is a great gathering place for entertaining with a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows on your favorite streaming platforms. A queen sleeper sofa with extra padding for comfort The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a top-rated Tuft and Needle mattress, dresser, huge closet, and a Smart TV. The master bath has a large tub and walk-in shower. Linens/towels provided. Washer and Dryer are also provided for your convenience. Pool towels provided (please do NOT leave towels at the pool) Racquetball & Tennis equipment provided Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on the property. Only 4 guests maximum including infants and children. Check-in is 3pm due to same-day checkouts, to provide a thorough cleaning for our next guests. We’re happy to host guests with small dogs, and there’s no pet fee as long as it’s disclosed ahead of time. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog—undisclosed pets will incur a pet fee. There is no pet fee/deposit, we just kindly ask you let us know! The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake. ***Lake Travis levels fluctuate, so please plan accordingly if bringing your boat. When lake levels are too low, both low-level and high-level boat ramps at the island can be closed. At times the levels are so low many of the local boat ramps are closed as well. Please check the website - LCRA Parks: Public Boat ramp information - for up-to-date information. There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18-hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! A short 40-minute drive to enjoy many of Austin's attractions. Food options: Chevron station is less than 10 minutes from the condo to pick up small grocery items, and next door is a donuts shop! If you want a larger selection of groceries, Lago Vista has two grocery stores; Lowe's Market & Brookshire's. 30 minutes away in Cedar Park, offers several grocery stores, including HEB and Whole Foods. An electric grill is available to use on the balcony of the villa, also BBQ charcoal grills are located around the property. Guest access Codes provided for gate access to property and keyless entry to condo provided within 48 hours of arrival with the check-in details Other things to note VILLA RENTAL RULES: The following are rules each renter must abide by. Fines will be assessed for infractions of the rules. This is not a resort - it is a residential community. The owners of these units value their privacy and quiet. Occupancy: up to 4 guests, including children. NO exceptions!! No smoking in the condo! NO Pets! There will be a fine if a pet is brought to the property in the condo.
