Immersive Homestay Ninh Binh

A real immersion into the most authentic culture of rural Vietnam! My village is a hidden gem of Ninh Binh very close to beautiful Van Long nature reserve. Our homestay is aiming for conservation tourism. We believe that in this quick pace of development, it is important to keep the authenticity of our culture by sharing and conserving it. We also care for the environment and education in the community. The space Immersive Homestay Ninh Binh is nestled in a peaceful rural village of Ninh Binh Province, accessible by limousine bus from Hanoi, which takes about 2 hours for a comfortable ride to your home away from home. Please note that our location is about 20 minutes by scooter to Trang An and 15 minutes to Bai Dinh Pagoda, the ride is very beautiful though! The homestay is housed in a traditional, countryside-style home that was not originally built for tourism, so it's literally a home. The Airbnb space is on the second floor and includes 2 private bedrooms, each with a double bed. There’s an additional double bed in the common area, along with a balcony, a work area, and a shared bathroom. *Please note that the price you pay on Airbnb covers 1 private room with one double bed only, if you want to use extra room or bed you will need to pay the same amount of the room*. The second-floor bathroom is shared, there's an additional bathroom on the first floor available for use. Guests can also enjoy the spacious rooftop with stunning views of gardens, the village, and the surrounding mountains. It's the perfect spot to relax on a hammock, read a book, sip a cold drink, do yoga, meditate and take in the sunset or sunrise. Currently, my parents live in the house. They can speak some simple English words, our guests usually communicate with them using translation tools. They are trying their best to learn English but given their lifestyle and background it hasn't been easy. Despite the language barrier, most of our guests had great time communicating with my parents. We appreciate your understanding! We offer a family-style meal for 130,000 VND per person if you'd like to join us for dinner. The food is mostly homegrown and organic, prepared with love and care. If you prefer to eat separately, we also offer simple dishes, and it’s completely up to you. But check out the reviews!! ;) Guest access When you stay at Immersive Homestay Ninh Binh, we treat you like family, and you're always welcome to make yourself at home! We have a water filter machine, where you could refill your bottles for free. It's a very good quality water filter so you can feel free to drink. The living room on the first floor is where we often gather to enjoy green tea after meals, share stories, or even sing karaoke together, it's a space for relaxation and fun. Feel free to use the kitchen if you’d like to cook your own meals. We also have a fish pond and a small garden where you can pick fresh fruits straight from the trees. It truly feels like staying at home, surrounded by the warmth of family and nature! My mom always gets organic fruits from the market and leaves them on the table. All of that goodness is on the house! ☺️ During your stay While I may not be at home, I’m always available to assist you during your stay through Airbnb. My brother works as a tour guide for a company in Tam Coc, and if his schedule allows, he might be able to meet you during your visit. My parents will be your main hosts. Although they speak only a few words of English, they are incredibly warm and will do everything they can to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. While we do our best to provide a welcoming stay, we’re not perfect. My parents are making efforts to learn English, but it’s a challenge given their background, so we kindly ask for your understanding and patience. Also, please note that our location is clearly shown when you book. If you're seeking an immersive local experience, it might not make sense to also expect to be within walking distance of major tourist attractions.
