A stone's throw from the center

The house is located in a quiet part of Via Giovanni Aurispa, one of the streets parallel to the city's main thoroughfare, just a short walk from the center. It was renovated in 2016, the bathroom was completely redone and the furniture is also almost all new. The bedroom is on the upper floor while on the ground floor there is a kitchen/living room and bathroom. Guest access Once booked, the house will be available exclusively to guests for the duration of their stay. There will be no spaces to share with others. Other things to note The tourist tax (€3 per person for the first 6 nights) is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival.
