Beautiful beachfront villa, located away from the beaten tourist trail, on the quieter South coast of Koh Samui. Our villa is close to family-friendly activities, and directly on a lovely quiet beach. The space Our lovely two bedroom villa is located on the quieter South coast of Koh Samui. With direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach through our own private tropical gardens and with access to our swimming pool (complete with childrens pool area) , sun loungers both on the pool patio and the beach, and a peaceful shaded Sala area, whatever you desire - whether you like sun or shade, pool or beach, you can find your own perfect spot to relax and enjoy your holiday here with us! Our two bedroom villa has one King-size bedroom, which has a flat screen TV and comfortable seating area, an en-suite bathroom with bath, and access to a small dining area on the outdoor patio. The second bedroom has two single beds, an equipped kitchenette area and is also en-suite, with a shower. The bedrooms are accessible to each other via a door, which can be locked to provide privacy. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and both have patio doors, which open up fully to provide access to the patio areas, and give wonderful panoramic views of our stunning gardens and to the beach and sea! A daily house-keeping service is included in the price of your stay and our staff will be on hand to help make your holiday with us enjoyable in any way they can. As well as Khun Tone, our lovely manager, who lives on site in his own private bungalow, our Guest Relations Manager will also be on hand to help provide details about activities and excursions which Samui has to offer, provide recommendations to our favourite restaurants and bars, help with any transportation you require, and perhaps also to help you book a private chef service or a masseuse to come and pamper you during your stay! Basically .. your wish is our command! If you would like us to help you arrange something, just let us know and we will do our very best! Our property is perfect for couples, families & friends getting together, business corporate retreats, health retreats, weddings or simply a relaxing holiday to enjoy the wonders Koh Samui has to offer! We have more bedrooms available, so for larger groups, please do not hesitate to contact us to ask about availability! The property is equipped with quality yoga mats, which our guests are free to use. If you would like our assistance in booking a professional and highly experienced yoga instructor to come and give you and your group private yoga classes at the property just let us know - this has been a very popular choice with lots of our recent guests! We have two single seat kayaks which our guests are welcome to use during their stay! The area directly in front of the villa has a natural reef barrier .. making it a great spot for some kayak-style exploring adventures! ** PLEASE NOTE :We work on a "fair-use" policy for electrical charges. Any electricity used outwith this " fair use" quota will be at an additional charge. The meter reading will be taken when you check in and check-out of the property, and any additional money required to cover the electric will be deducted straight from the mandatory security deposit which must be paid in cash on arrival. If air-conditioning units are used sensibly, we do not expect guests will exceed their fair-use quota. We hope to welcome you here soon... Guest access If you book to stay here, you will have access to only one of the villa's - which has two bedrooms. The other villas and bedrooms will be closed off, but you will have exclusive access to the swimming pool & gardens.
