Enjoy a comfortable experience at this centrally-located apartment in Ithaca NY! The space Our one bedroom, one bath Airbnb is brand new with a new kitchen, bathroom, furniture, appliances, everything you can imagine. It’s lovely, clean and comfortable. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a mini crib for a little one when needed, and a blow up mattress (also queen) for additional guests if needed. There are two tv’s, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There is a folding desk available if you need it to work comfortably, the coffee table is also fold out that you can use to study, write, etc. the kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, and more! The apartment is continuously sanitized and very clean, it is equipped with brochures and snacks, water, etc. We also have a vita spa hot tub available for our guests, which sits outside the unit. It is a 4 person hot tub with a lounger and LED lights - also new to the unit! In addition, we are very close to wine trails, hiking trails, parks, downtown, shopping and restaurants. The location truly is perfect, with the exception of a nearby apartment complex. We are confident you will enjoy your stay with us and we are here to address any concerns during your stay - we will do whatever we can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have more than one vehicle let us know ahead of time so we can make appropriate arrangements for the second vehicle. Thank you! Other things to note Our Airbnb is located behind an apartment complex that can sometimes become very noisy, especially during summer months. When inside, you can’t hear a thing. We have 3 security cameras on the property, one faces the driveway and front entrance to the home, two are in the backyard that face the stairs to the Airbnb unit. They are in plain sight for you and do not invade your privacy, they are there for everyone’s safety and soundness.
