The house is located in the Gold Coast complex of Flic en Flac. The main entrance to the complex is just after the Jumbo Express supermarket parking lot (formerly SPAR) and has direct access to the main beach of Flic en Flac. Ideally located in Flic en Flac, the house is less than a minute's walk from the beach and shops. The space Capacity: 3 people (including children) - Enjoy the residence's private garden and swimming pool. - A living/dining room with an open and equipped kitchen. - A double bedroom and a single bedroom with air conditioning. - Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet The "plus" of the house: - The garden, about 25 m2. - The residence's swimming pool with a main pool and a children's pool. - Detached house. - Safe for families as only owners can drive around the complex. - Bed linen provided (beds are made upon arrival) & towels provided. Don't forget to bring your beach towels with you! - Washing machine - Wifi The back of the house overlooks a small street (not very busy) while the master double bedroom and living room overlook the private garden. Guest access The information will be sent to you a few days before your arrival Check-in: from 3 p.m. Check out: 10 a.m. at the latest Other things to note Baby cot available upon prior reservation with a surcharge of €5/night. Cash payment on site. Tourist tax (from October 1, 2025): Recently introduced by local authorities, this tax is €3/day/person aged 12 and over. It is not included in the amount of your reservation and must be paid to us in Euros.
