Small house by the sea & pool – Flic en Flac

The house is located in the Gold Coast complex in Flic en Flac. The main entrance to the complex is just after parking for the Jumbo Express supermarket (formerly SPAR) and has direct access to the main beach of Flic en Flac. Ideally located in Flic en Flac, the house is less than a minute walk to the beach and shops. The space Capacity: 3 people (including children) - Enjoy the private garden and swimming pool of the residence. - A lounge / dining room with an open and equipped kitchen. - An air-conditioned bedroom and one single bedroom. - Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet The "pluses" of the house: - The garden, about 25 m2. - The residence's swimming pool with a main pool and children's pool. - Single-family home. - Secure for families as only owners can drive around the complex. - Bed linen provided (beds are made on arrival) & towels provided. Don't forget to take your beach towels with you! - Washing machine -WIFI The back of the house overlooks a small street (little traffic) while the master double bedroom and living room overlook the private garden. Guest access Information will be sent to you a few days prior to your arrival Check in: From 3pm Check out: 10am at the latest Other things to note Baby cot available by prior reservation with an additional charge of €5/night. Cash payment on site. Tourist tax (from October 1, 2025): Recently introduced by the local authorities, this tax is €3/day/person aged 12 and over. It is not included in the amount of your reservation and must be paid to us in Euros.
