In the heart of nature and at the gates of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Bastin family is eager to welcome you to their home, located in Salavas, just 4 km from the historic village of Vallon-Pont D'Arc. The location of this warm 70 m² house is ideal for reconciling calm and activities. The place will allow you to create your own adventure within the Ardèche National Nature Reserve. Hiking, kayaking, discovery, live your moment as you wish. The space "La Roche" is fully air-conditioned, offers on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric hob, toaster, iron...), a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a 4k flat screen TV and a separate toilet. The floor is composed of two bedrooms, one with 1 bed of 160 cm and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with toilet. A laundry room with dryer and washing machine is at your disposal. Relax by the shared pool with a splendid view of the Ardèche mountains, or have a drink on the 15 m² south-facing shaded terrace. For your comfort, we provide you with linen, as well as free Wi-Fi. Hiking from the house, access to the Ardèche river is a 10-minute walk away. Chauvet Cave 2, a replica of the famous UNESCO World Heritage Chauvet Cave, is 10 km away. You will reach the start of the canoe descent of the Gorges de l'Ardèche just 2 km away. Spending a stay here is taking the risk of not wanting to leave! CAUTION: During the summer season (July + August), rentals are only by the week (Saturday to Saturday). The rest of the year the minimum number of nights is two.
