The space Our house is independent, located in a quiet and private residential area with very little traffic, surrounded by other villas. The private garden is one of its most loved features: perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, or letting children play safely. The villa is approximately 70 sqm and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The villa has a private garden with a driveway, so you can park safely and conveniently inside. Check-in: from 3:00 PM until midnight Check-out: by 9:00 AM We understand that arrival times can vary, so we prefer not to enforce strict check-in hours. ♻️ Recycling & Waste Disposal We love our land and do our best to respect it. In Villasimius, as in all of Sardinia, waste is collected door-to-door according to an official schedule. Simply place your garbage in the designated bins outside the house on the evenings before the collection days. If needed, there is a recycling center at the entrance of the town where you can drop off trash before departure. We kindly ask our guests to pay special attention to these rules, as failure to comply may result in fines according to local regulations.
