Island Blue is very spacious, it has 4 large bedrooms and 1 massive living area along with 1 smaller bedroom that is for the kids to sleep and play in. Property sleeps 19 guests comfortably within the 5 bedrooms. The kids have also a play station that will entertain them for hours. Outside has a large Verandah with a deck. Guest access You will be able to access the whole house and the backyard. Or property is located in a small court and is only 100 metres away from a park where the kids can use to play in. Other things to note PROPERTY SLEEPS 19 GUESTS - If you require the property for more than 16 guests as per the airBNB website, please let us know as there is an additional charge for extra guests. Linen is an additional charge. $50 per queen size bed $30 per single size bed Please note you can bring your own linen to save on costs. Linen is pillow cases and bed sheets, we do not supply Towels, unless you are coming from interstate or overseas. (Additional costs may apply) Early and Late Check outs can be organized, however this will depend on other bookings. Please make sure to ask. Please note that house is monitored with a Minut sensor that monitors noise, smoking indoors, Large crowd detection and also has a security alarm attached to it. Please also note that the house does have outdoor cameras, these are ONLY to safe guard our property against unwanted guests and larger gatherings than being advised with the bookings we take, locations of cameras to be provided in contract paperwork.
