The Achterdeck apartment on the 2nd floor has a living area of approx. 100 m² as well as a large roof terrace of approx. 40 m². The apartment has three bedrooms, two of them each with a double bed (180 × 200). The third bedroom has a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200). The apartment has two shower rooms; one of them en suite. Achterdeck offers a beautiful living/dining area as well as a magnificent view of thatched houses and the heath. The roof terrace is in the months of May-October The space Our 6 cozy apartments in Haus Gröner Weg are tastefully furnished and of high quality. The modern kitchens are each equipped with induction hob, convection oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker and milk frother, high-quality kitchen appliances as well as extensive cooking and dining utensils. Linen and towels are included in the nightly rates. The total price of the offer includes the final cleaning. In addition to the price shown, there are costs for the tourist tax, which are up to 4 EUR per person per night (depending on the season). The terraces and balconies are furnished with chairs from May to October, parasols are available and each terrace has a large charcoal grill or gas grill on the roof terrace/balcony. Beach chairs are available on the terraces or gardens. Free Wi-Fi and high-speed Internet are included for our guests. A crib and children's highchair are available, please state this request when booking. In the house, a modern Finnish sauna with atmospheric relaxation area is available for a fee (exclusive use after online reservation and fee, 2 hours = 20 EUR) after reservation. A shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers (each coin-operated machine) is available to our guests. Pets for a fee (12 ,- EUR per night per pet) Guest access In addition to access to the apartment, our guests have access to the sauna for a fee when booking with the apartment key (2 hours = 20 EUR) The laundry room with washing machines and dryers (each coin-operated) can also be entered with the apartment key. We also offer rental bikes for a fee. Other things to note Sauna: 2 hours exclusive use= 20 EUR after online reservation on site. For a fee (10,- EUR per set) you can rent sauna sets (1 large sauna towel, 1 large bath towel, 1 bathrobe and 1 pair of disposable bathrobes) from us. We also provide rental bicycles (May-October) for a fee. Please be sure to provide pets with your traveler when booking. Pets live with us for 12,- euro per day per pet.
