The closest supermarket is only 3 minutes away. Ideal for families with big outdoor area, or groups of adults wanting a fresh new space in quiet surroundings. The space The house has a very relaxing outlook overlooking the Merri River and the walking track beside it that goes all the way to the beach, or west towards Port Fairy. The outdoor dining area and big back yard full of greenery provide plenty of spots to unwind and enjoy downtime. You could almost forget that you are in town. All rooms have been updated making them fresh and inviting with a new modern kitchen and two new bathrooms. This is a very easy space to live in providing everything you could need in a pleasant modern home. Sit back with a drink in hand and enjoy the garden views through the windows. Guest access The entire house is yours with parking in the driveway inside a secure gate. Other things to note The house has heen fully renovated and is fresh, light and airy, and comfortable. The outdoors, however, is still a work in progress. Covid has certainly delayed our plans and it is a large garden so will take some time to finish, but the large back lawn still provides a great space for enjoyment. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs, a large airy room with 2 king single beds and large wardrobe. Both bathrooms are downstairs, an ensuite, and a combined bathroom/laundry. Warrnambool can be chilly in the cooler months but central heating ensures your comfort no matter how low the temperature is outside.
