All open plan downstairs with a light bright but cosy feel and balcony The space Welcome to our ski place which has been in our family for over 20 years! This is a much loved and cosy apartment from which to explore the slopes and sites of Les 3 Vallees. Unusual to have a two floor flat which can comfortably cater for 6-7. The kitchen is compact in an L-shape with a dishwasher, full size oven, microwave and newly installed Nespresso coffee machine. There are two under counter fridges with freezer compartments and a pull out slimline larder. The dining area can seat up to 8 with an extendable table. Sofa in the living area next to the large glass balcony doors making it bright and warm on a sunny day. The views from the balcony are fantastic over La Masse, Lac du Lou and up to Val Thorens. Seating up to two, the balcony captures the sun wonderfully in the day if you need to relax and rest from skiing over a vin chaud! Care should obviously be taken with any young children on the balcony due to height of apartment. The two bathrooms are a bonus when you come in from skiing (one up and one down). Downstairs has a walk in shower, the upstairs bathroom has a bath tub. Upstairs sleeping arrangement include: (i) a large master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and window overlooking the mountains, (ii) a further double bedroom also with wardrobe and chest of drawers, (iii) a smaller bedroom which snuggly just fits 2 single beds (one pulls out or keep as more spacious single room) with wall mounted hooks and hangers, and (iv) bunk beds in the corridor area (the upper bunk is suitable for children only due to reduced head height) also with wall mounted hooks and hangers. Please note that the ceilings upstairs are not of standard head height which is a consideration if you are particularly tall. Please also note that only the master bedroom has a mountain view / opening window and the windows in bedrooms 2 and 3 face onto the interior stairwell for character and light. Guest access Entire apartment plus own ski locker on ground floor. Other things to note Amenities: As set out in amenities section, subject to following. Please note Internet has been installed but at times it can be intermittent in the area. Mobile data signal is good at the flat and WiFi is available in the square at the tourist office and bars or dongles can be hired for around €40-50 pw to take with you on the slopes. Linens and towels can be provided (or else you can bring your own) but there is an additional fee payable to the agency if you would like us to provide them. Beds are not made up by the agency and linens must be stripped and put into a pile on departure following changes in procedure following Covid. Thank you for your understanding.
