Conjola Inn-let with SUPs, canoe & bikes for two

A private, renovated self-contained unit, with full kitchen, separate bedroom & continental breakfast. Free use of SUP's, canoe & bikes (at own risk - saving of over $200 hire fees). Access to fishing gear, fire pit & own bbq. Unit includes private courtyard overlooking the creek which runs directly to the lake. Lake Conjola is a perfect place to swim, fish, bushwalk & relax. This unit is downstairs of our two storey house. We offer late check out of 12pm for you to make the most of your stay. The space The space is modern with everything you need provided. The separate bedroom has a double bed and built in mirrored wardrobe. All linen and towels are provided. The bathroom with shower, comes with quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/grill, microwave, full sized fridge, gas cooktop and dishwasher. Kitchen also has coffee machine and cooking basics; oil, sauces, flour, herbs, tea, coffee, sugar, milk., etc are provided. The open plan lounge/dining area provides smart tv with Paramount Plus, Stan and Disney channels and can also run your Spotify. Completely self-contained with own private outdoor courtyard with BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as comfy chairs to sit and relax. You will have use of the fire pit in the backyard and the hammocks next to the creek. The backyard is on the Aney St Creek which runs directly to the lake. The unit is across the road from the lake and reserve. It is a short, flat walk (approx 15 mins) to Conjola Beach. The bottle shop and general store is at the end of the street. The post office/take away a 10 min flat walk or paddle to it in the canoe, the bowling club is up the hill, 10 mins away and the cafe only 5 mins away around the corner. Bikes, canoes and fishing gear provided free of charge. @conjola_inn_let Guest access Access to unit is via common front door to house and through a secure private entrance to the unit. Keys will be left in the secure private entrance on your arrival. Other things to note Please note: our space is not suitable for children or pets. We provide some breakfast cereals, something to toast, butter, spreads (vegemite, jam, etc), some milk, tomato and bbq sauce, oil, some herbs (mixed, chilli flakes and garlic salt), salt and pepper; as well as a range of tea, coffee pods for the coffee machine and sugar. Canoe: please note with the canoe we will provide lifejackets, but using the canoe is done so at your own risk. Use of canoe is a saving of $90 a day hiring fee. Bikes: please note we will provide use of bikes, but not bike helmets. Use of the bikes is done so at your own risk. SUP's: (Stand Up Paddle Boards) are available for you to use throughout your stay. We have a new Tenterfield Terrier puppy named Skip, who is a happy, friendly little guy and enjoys meeting all of our guests but is only learning to do so without barking.
