Herons Hideaway Tarpon Springs

This waterfront two bedroom, two bath house is a great place to base your Florida vacation! Minutes to charming Tarpon Springs Main Street & Sponge Docks, New Port Richey Main Street & Park and several beaches, including the fantastic beach at Fred Howard Park. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Key Vista Nature Park - 3.5 miles Sunset Beach - 6.5 miles Fred Howard Park - 7 miles Honeymoon island State Park - 14 miles Clearwater Beach - 21 miles The space Herons Hideaway is will provide a peaceful respite for bird-watching and enjoying time with your family. The home contains plenty of places to spread out and take full advantage of your vacation! Guest access A circular drive provides parking for two vehicles (no available street parking) and guests are provided with to access the property through an app on their phone. Other things to note As an international traveler myself, there are a few things I like to make sure to provide my guests: * That first cup of coffee or tea of the day is important! Choose from Keurig, traditional coffee maker, French Press (Cafetière) or Hot Water Kettle...all are available, as well as a coffee bean grinder, tea pot and milk frother...with a variety of cup/mug sizes! * You'll find cling film, aluminium foil, ziplock bags, food containers and napkins in the kitchen drawers...if you're only at a place for a few days, you don't want to have to buy a whole roll or package! * Paper shredder...I've had to carry sensitive documents back home in my luggage rather than risk disposing of them at a hotel or rented space. Please feel free to shred anything of a personal nature...it's under the desk in the Florida room. * Sometimes you need to print your boarding pass or make a quick copy - which isn't quick at all if you need to go find a store to do so. There's a printer/copier on the desk in the Florida room for guests to use if needed (but please don't self-publish your new novel!) * The light switches are labelled. * Extension cables with USB ports are in both bedrooms and the dining room to conveniently keep your devices topped up. * Enjoy a few games: Rummikub, Quirkle, Azul, Catan & playing cards. * The Air Conditioning / Heater is brand new and easy to understand when changing to your desired temperature. * There's a yoga/exercise mat and small dumbbells in the Florida Room. * There are 4 SmartTV's throughout the house - the kitchen (which can be moved to another room if needed) and both bedrooms. The living room TV has a Roku device. * New insulated windows make it very peaceful and quiet inside!
