There is a pet fee that is based on length of stay, size, breed, and number of dogs. Please forward that information when reaching out. This cottage is rustic, and meant for the young at heart. Surrounded by the bustle of Newport night life with access to some of the finest restaurants, steps from the public right of way to the waterfront, 5 minute walk to Kings Park, plenty of parking, and three bedrooms with air conditioning units in each room. Washer and dryer in the basement. Please note there is a dishwasher, and the ceiling is very low at the top of the stairs. There IS internet, and a TV. The bathroom is under the stairs, and the upstairs ceilings are low. This is all normal in older homes in Newport! Guest access Guest have access to entire house.
