Outdoor cameras covering the driveway, entry door and backyard are active for guests’ security and safety. Please note the property is not fully fenced. Other things to note The property is located in the Mornington Peninsula Shire. The Shire has a Code of Conduct that all short-stay holiday renters must abide by which includes parking on-premise only ie. not on the nature strip and no outdoor noise between 11pm - 7am.
