Our home delivers the best of Melbourne. Only 5km from the city, with great transport options to the Entertainment and Shopping precincts, this luxury, architectural home (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool) has been designed and built to an exacting standard by an architect for his family. The space The curtain wall of glass and steel is the central feature to this stylish and luxury home. Bathing the living and dining room in northern light, the window looks out to over the pool (with automated cover) and garden. The kitchen is equipped with all the appointments you would expect - and complemented at either end by a butlers pantry and laundry at either end. On the ground floor is the master suite, with ensuite (complete with bath) and WIR, guest bedroom, bathroom and study. Upstairs is a second living space connecting to two queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The edible garden (yes every plant provides either a fruit, herb, vegetable for flower for consumption) provides a serene and calm environment to elax while enjoying the pool and bbq. As the entrance up a lane, behind and imposing high wooden fence, you are ensured of absolute privacy during your stay. Guest access All our guests receive a bottle of French in the fridge and we keep the pantry stocked with the essentials for the start of your stay - milk, bread, coffee, tea, sugar, cereal We supply luxury toiletries and towels and our beds are made up with top quality linen ensuring a comfortable stay. Other things to note As you can imagine, our home is not available for party bookings. We wish to make it available for family groups or groups of responsible adult friends who will appreciate our home. You must provide proof that you are over 25 years via a copy of your Australian Drivers License or International Passport and a copy for each person over 18 years staying at the house. Parties are strictly prohibited.
