The house is located in a beautiful tropical garden of 7000 m². Tucked in the south-eastern corner of Koh Samui, this modern and spacious beach house comes complete with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. This spacious 3 bed room house features two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a nice terrace. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and feature queen size beds. We charge a deposit for average usage of electricity (price 9 THB per KwH). The space A fully equipped kitchen gives guests the opportunity to prepare meals. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower. In the living room guests have access to a television. The house is situated just less than 1 minute walk from the swimming pool and the beach. Guest access The center of Lamai, with its many restaurants and bars is 2 km away from the complex and easily reached. Excursions and other activities can be booked directly at the resort. Other things to note We charge a cleaning fee for final cleaning with the booking at your arrival. We charge a deposit for usage of electricity which is 9 THB per KwH. Pets and smoking in the house are not allowed.
