In the Alt Penedès, in Sant Joan de Mediona, is located the rural house Cal Brik, whose construction dates back to 1900, but which is currently reformed, highlighting and preserving elements of its origins. The house consists of a spacious hall, with a living room-cookie, integrated in an open space, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a terrace for eating, resting and sunbathing. The space After crossing the hall, where you can leave your luggage or bicycles, you will find a spacious and bright dining room that integrates into an open space with the kitchen and living room. From the dining room you can access the terrace or outdoor courtyard, with a fireplace in the living room. The rooms retain the essence of a village house, where wood stands out above all. You will find 4 double rooms, and very spacious, two of which overlook the outdoor courtyard and two to a very quiet street. You'll also find two refurbished bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. Guest access The house has a laundry area that is accessed through the outdoor courtyard on the lower level, which facilitates laying. The house also has a large entrance hall, where luggage, hiking equipment, climbing or bicycles, as well as baby cars and/or others can be left.
