One of the units of this listing comprises approximately 75% of the house and the other is a small studio (you get both with this booking). You have extreme privacy as both of your units have private entrances. You will have the backyard to yourself with great privacy! Two units (one very large and the other a small studio). The large unit has three floors, none of which are shared. The studio is one floor, with a loft and also not shared. 2. Parking in the driveway for 3 vehicles. 3. The backyard (NOT shared) -You do not have access to the garage. Buffalo, NY is MUCH different from Williamsville, NY (located in the Town of Amherst, N.Y.). Although Buffalo and Williamsville (Town of Amherst) may look close to each other geographically, there is a night and day difference, as evidenced by the aforementioned ranking. When you are shopping for Airbnb's and you come across Airbnb's located in Buffalo, NY, that may be cheaper and have nice pictures, keep in mind the differences mentioned herein.
