This modernly colourful apartment is an architects jewel. You will have privacy, silence and comfort right in the middle of Madrid. It is close to museums, restaurants and subway, access it through a wine tree covered patio: Open kitchen, living room, bedroom with one double or two twin beds, bathroom. WiFi. Cable TV. Landline phone. NOT apt for INFANTS or PETS. NOT ACCESSIBLE: There is NO LIFT, but 30 sturdy concrete steps. The space (No apt for infants, pets or disabled. Maximum 2 guests.) This property's advantages are: Very quiet, comfortable, clean, full of light and surrounded by nature. WiFi, satellite TV and phone calls are included. Two guests can accommodate in the bedroom's double king size bed (72in × 84in / 1.80m × 2m) - which transforms into two separate single beds. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a breakfast/bar area with high chairs and also a formal dinner table. Guest access The entire apartment will be your personal kingdom. Additionally, you are very welcome to relax and enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage at the building's courtyard, which features flowers, vine tree, shrubbery and some lovely neighbours. It is very quiet area, so as the apartment faces the courtyard, there is no noise that could bother you. At your disposal is a brand new Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee and tea capsule machine. During your stay After the arrival we will be at your disposal via email, SMS or phone at all times (24x7), and we offer to call a cab, make a dinner reservation, flamenco shows information, if desired. Just let us know what you need and we will help you in any way we can. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is not suitable for infants, pets or disabled. The building does not have any parking, and parking in the street and in private or public parking areas is only permitted to vehicles with an environmental sticker and for residents. You might want to get active playing tennis at the Community Tennis Court in the Retiro Park, skateboarding along the Madrid Rio Park or simply roof terrace hopping and cocktail sipping at the Hotel Reina Victoria ME, Hotel Room Mate Oscar, Casa América or Casa Encendida.
