Overlooking the neighbouring islands of Koh Som and Koh Phangan, Silavaree is located on one of Samui’s finest peninsulas giving 180 degree sea view vistas and stunning sunset views. The space FLOW Clean, modern and simplistic lines lead you through the villas central entrance down past the bedrooms set over two levels and into the living area, pool terrace and sun deck which has both an indoor and outdoor element, meaning the sun worshippers are able to enjoy the endless hours of sun by the 14 meter infinity pool, whilst those who prefer to be out of the heat can relax in the shaded area of the terrace or adjoining open air living room with a cool drink and soak up the same views. Continue down to the small grassed sanctuary below the pool where there are further sun loungers a Sala and a hammock, steps lead down onto the private rock beach area and into the sea where you can sunbathe or swim. DESIGN Newly built in 2017 every detail has been thoughtfully created and crafted to make sure that staying at Silavaree is stress free and a truly enjoyable experience for groups of friends or families. IN VILLA DINING Dine inside or outside, it’s up to you! The large indoor dining table seats 10 or dine on the terrace and enjoy the balmy evenings, with the huge folding doors open, the outdoor terrace blends with the indoor area to give you an al fresco feel whether inside or outside. If you prefer to dine in the comfort of the air-conditioning, simply close the doors but still enjoy the stunning views through the ceiling to floor glass panels. Silavaree’s in villa staff can offer you a selection of delicious Thai dishes to choose from to fully enjoy the resort style atmosphere of dining in your own private villa. ENTERTAINMENT ROOM Just off the main living and dining area you will find the entertainment room, with it’s huge cinema like 60 inch TV, surround sound system and comfortable sofas. The in villa entertainment system offers guests live TV with sports, movies and TV series as well as access to Youtube and Netflix If you don’t want to watch TV you can always turn on the villas audio system and listen to music throughout the entire living area and outside terraces. The room has a floor to ceiling glass wall with privacy partitioning which still offers views to the sea and islands but also give privacy and contains any noise from other guest outside. BEDROOMS Boasting five bedrooms and a Gym (all with air conditioning), Silavaree really does afford guests a tranquil retreat for their stay whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family with children. Two spacious bedroom suites sit at the top of the villa with wall mounted TV’s, plenty of wardrobe space and large en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers and bathtubs. The mid level boasts 2 master bedroom suites with en-suites and dressing areas, one bedroom is directly adjacent to a twin room which is perfect for children staying with parents, close enough to keep an eye on younger ones whilst still affording the privacy of the bedroom suite for adults. Both bedrooms also feature wall mounted Smart TV’s to watch YouTube or Netflix. GYM If you can drag yourself away from relaxing by the pool or drinking cocktails by the waters edge you may want to work out and train in the dedicated gym next to the master bedroom suite. The gym is fully air conditioned and has a wall mounted TV, exercise bike, elliptical trainer and running machine where you can burn off those guilty holiday indulgences you have been enjoying! Universal electric sockets throughout the villa mean you don’t need to bring adapters with you. Guest access The entire villa is yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Continental Breakfast is included in the nightly rate. Chef service for lunch or dinner is charged extra. Our villa manager will be at the villa during the day (until 5pm) to help you make your stay memorable. The villa is set over 3 levels with the living area being on the lower level accessed by stairs. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have external staircases that may not be suitable for some guests or children.
