The space This is a brand new building (recently occupied), with security guards at the gate. The building has strong security features (detailed below). The entire first-floor apartment is ultra luxury, with custom hardwood mouldings and woodwork, and luxury fittings throughout. Special amenities include Luton electronic lighting, central water treatment plant with 24X7 central hot water (no manual geysers) for the building, double-glazed windows for noise-reduction, electronic controlled air-conditioning/heating and lighting in each room, luxury linens, cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware, wine cooler, large oven, large gas stove, free high-speed wifi, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, complimentary basic toiletries and tea/coffee. The living room can host up to 40 persons although we don’t allow parties. We have the apartment & bathrooms cleaned every day (subject to availability of the space when the cleaner arrives). There is a care-taker on-site to offer any kind of assistance. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR THE SAFETY OF GUESTS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE WILL BE SANITIZING THE ENTIRE APARTMENT BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY GUEST STAY. Italian marble & gold-plated bathroom fittings, heated towel rod, hair dryer, towels, hand wash, soap, shampoo & hair conditioner. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2 guests): Has a large double bed, sofa seating, side tables, centre table and closets. Bathroom 2: Has an onyx basin counter, shower cubicle and WC, Sherle Wagner fittings, heated towel rod, towels, hand wash, soap, shampoo and hair conditioner. Living Room: Has 2 seating areas that can seat up to 12 people. Dimmers & mood lighting, coffee table books. Air-conditioning and heating is electronically controlled. Hard-wood flooring with contemporary white & grey furniture. Dining Room: Table has seating for 8 guests, side board/side drawer unit. Lighting is dimmer controlled with different light shades for mood lighting. Air-conditioning and heating controlled. Hard-wood flooring with contemporary glass-top dining table and white leather chairs. Kitchen: Large kitchen with a 5-burner stove, large oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, tea/coffee/creamer, storage, cutlery, dishes, serving plates, glasses, iron/ironing board, washer-dryer for clothes. Terrace: Large front terrace adjoining the living room and overlooks the park. Foyer: The aesthetically designed foyer with marble in-lay work can store lots of bags. There is space to park one car in the drive-way inside the building. Other things to note We have the highest level of security on our premises which include: 1. Outside heavy gates with a manned guard 24x7, day and night. 2. Access to main building door on ground floor through remote door camera phones that are installed in each apartment. 3. Each apartment has double secure door locks with eye-holes. 4. CCTV cameras on the premises on the ground floor and periphery. 5. The area in which this building is located is a gated-community, and the main colony gate is manned at night for added security. Some of the highlights of our property which are generally not offered by most airbnb houses in Delhi: 1. 24X7 power backup for air-conditioning, lighting and elevators. Delhi experiences frequent power outages, and our building has been provided 100% back-up for all systems, which automatically turns on in case of an outage. 2. Central water filtration and heating plant. You will not have to turn on/off water geysers in bathrooms, as in most Delhi homes! 3. Central air-con and heating. As winters can get very cold in Delhi, most homes offer a floor-model heater in rooms. Our home is centrally heated with temperature-controllers in every room. 4.
