Tranquil Family Retreat in Akaroa

A perfect family destination! This cottage has all the enjoyable necessities for a great break away. Set on park-like grounds with room to run & play, surrounded by native bush you get the feeling of being miles away from the hustle of the city, yet only a stone's throw from Akaroa beach, cafes & shops, and restaurants. Pricing doesn't include linen, this is additional. As a Family Holiday Home we allow guests the option of supplying their own linen to keep costs down. The space Three comfortable bedrooms rooms provide the following layout; Bedroom One: Queen Bed Bedroom Two: King Bed Bedroom Three: Single Bunks & a king single bed There is also a port-a-cot & mattress available upon request. Each room has its own blankets, duvets and heaters. The maximum number of people permitted per booking is 7 total - this is to be no more than 5 adults due to the bunks only being suitable for children. IF you have a request for more than 7 people, then this needs to be discussed prior to confirming your booking. This cottage is also home to a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Set on a mostly flat piece of section with driveway to the house makes this property relatively easily accessible for most. Extras: Cleaning - 75 per stay Linen - $20 per person or BYO - because we are a holiday home, you are able to bring your own linen (towels/top and bottom sheet/tea towels). Alternatively you may hire this at $20 / person for the duration of your stay. Please advise us if you require this when you make your booking. Guest access You will have access to the whole cottage - kitchen, living, lounge, three bedrooms and bathroom, plus the vast outdoor space to enjoy! Other things to note Check-in is self service, with a lock box to access.
