Private and fully self-contained this neat 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cedar-wood cottage is set on a picturesque 2.5 acres of gardens and farmland. The huge fenced back yard is a paradise for dogs! The space 3 x BEDROOMS Fresh Linen, bedding plus extra blankets are provided. Please note - Rates advertised may be based on 2 guests, mid week, low season, sharing the Master bedroom. Please ensure to enter the correct number of guests and the rates will adjust to include the extra guests. Please Note 3 - 4 guests have access to the Master bedroom plus access to a 2nd bedroom with either a Double bed or 2 x Single beds. Bookings of 5 - 6 guests have access to all 3 bedrooms. If guests do not want to share a bedroom, a $35 per night extra charge applies if additional bedrooms are required for 2 - 4 guests. 1 x BATHROOM Please Note - The shower is over the bath. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner are supplied. Towels, hand towels, bathmats are provided. Seperate toilet off the Laundry - Toilet paper is supplied. LAUNDRY Complete with front loading washing machine ( Washing powder supplied.) Outside clothes line, inside clothes airer, pegs, Iron and Ironing board provided. KITCHEN Fully Equipped and Self Contained Kitchen. Full sized Fridge/Freezer, 4 burner Gas Cook Top, Electric Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave Oven. All cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery provided. Coffee machine/pods, tea bags, sugar and 1 litre of milk is supplied. Dishwasher tablets, Dish-washing liquid and tea towels provided. LIVING AREA Large open plan living area with slow combustion wood fireplace and reverse cycle air-conditioner. (Fire wood, matches and firelighters supplied.) Comfortable lounge area with Smart TV and DVD Player. Dogs are permitted inside only if supervised and kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture at all times. 2. If owners plan to leave their dog, the dog must be outside (with inside access to the laundry area only). There is a doggy door on the outside fly-screen which leads to the undercover back verandah. 2. Owners are to provide their dogs' own bedding, water and food bowls. 3. (Poo bags are supplied.) Please clean up after your dog prior to check out. There is an enormous fenced secure yard surrounding the cottage where your dog can safely run free and play. Brumby Cottage provides an entire 'Smoke Free Environment'. No Smoking is permitted inside. No parties or events are permitted. BEDROOMS- 1 - 2 Guests have access to the Master Bedroom with a queen sized bed. 3 - 4 guests have access to the Master bedroom plus access to a bedroom with either a Double bed or 2 x Single beds. Bookings of 5 - 6 guests have access to all 3 bedrooms. If guests require a bedroom for 1 person only, an extra per night charge will apply. (I.e. If an additional bedroom is required for 2 - 4 guests). Price is calculated on number of guests entered at time of booking but does not allow for additional bedroom charges.
