The Space The large raised deck greets you as you arrive at Kaya Brae, and it is a great spot to spend the afternoon watching the sunset and the surf with a glass of local wine in hand. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven and microwave, plus a Nespresso coffee machine and frother. Out on the deck there is a large Stainless Steel Hooded BBQ. Bedroom one has 1 x hotel-grade king size bed plus a Single DayBed. Bedroom two has 1 x hotel-grade king size bed. An additional open sleeping area has a bunk, plus a trundle, suitable for 3 children. The lounge room features a huge LG TV, satellite, DVD player with extensive DVD collection, Bluetooth speaker and a Bar Area. There are board games, a book & Magazine collection, Pot Belly stove fireplace, pedestal fans and oil heaters. Note: “Bathroom 2” is a shower, toilet and basin in the ground floor Laundry area.
