On the ground floor, there is the living area, which includes a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is the sleeping area, which consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub with a shower and a whirlpool. The outdoor spaces of the farmhouse available to guests include 2 verandas with a porch, one overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare and the other overlooking Monte Gradara, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a wood-fired oven and a large table ideal for eating outside the house. Other things to note In order to be able to walk in the quiet and absolute silence, there is a park/garden of about 5000 square meters with avenues and paths where there are various typical plants of the place, such as poplars, firs, cypresses, oleanders, olive trees, hedges, rose gardens, and a chicken coop which you can freely access even to collect eggs and be able to consume them as you prefer, you can also collect some fruit as there are some fruit trees such as peaches, plums, apricots, pears, apples.
