Just inside the front gate is a spacious courtyard perfect for entertaining all year round, also providing a secure & protected zone for pets. Entering through the front doors takes you into our relaxed, tranquil, & very earthy & cosy home. With lofty high raked ceilings, the space feels huge, & The view is breath taking. Your own private tranquil hideaway retreat. Less than 100 metres to the nearest Cafe that doubles as a convenient store. Great for the morning coffee! 500 metres walk to Kelly Swimming Beach. In the heart of the ocean front home is a warm and welcoming lounge area with spectacular views right through to the water through the tropical pandanus trees. You'll feel immediately like you have escaped to your own private tropical oasis. The northern wing of the home accommodates the two of the three main bedrooms. All bedrooms are well serviced by both a walk though ensuite (with dual 'jack & jill' access), that has a Shower & a Vanity, as well as a separate room containing a bath that has a shower attachment, a separate 'Powder' room that contains a vanity/sink plus a separate toilet room that is just off the powder room. The toilet is separate from any of the bathrooms. Perfect for group travellers. There is even an outdoor shower! Both Queen Bedrooms have a queen size bed & Aircon. In addition, a Smart TV available in the Master Bedroom. The main living area contains a very large 8 kilowatt Aircon unit, that is more than sufficient to service the whole house on it's own if the bedroom internal doors are left open. So if you don't cope with the heat very well, we have you covered! The magic of the crashing waves at night will rock you off to sleep from the Master Bedroom also. Truly Special. All bedrooms have ample clothes storage space and airflow and you'll be nurtured to sleep by the beautiful sound of the ocean. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 4. A set of bunks with a Double on the bottom, single on the top, as well as a pull out trundle single bed on the floor. The living room also accommodates 2 additional people on the foldaway queen size sofa. With the swimming beach only a short 10 minute walk away, and the Main Street shops only a 2 minute drive away, this really is a superb location! Don't feel like driving 2 minutes? Try our little local cafe, with home made treats only footsteps from the door! Very close indeed for those much needed morning coffees! Our kitchen is incredibly well equipped with a Vitorio pod coffee machine, milk frother, juicer, blender, sandwich press and everything you could possibly think of in utensils and appliances! Leading back into the lounge and through into the kitchen, dining & sitting area, you will really begin to understand why this is such a special location. The galley style kitchen features beautiful french polished brush box timber bench, gas cook top and is compact enough to suit any home chef and yet easily connects with the internal and external living areas. You'll also find a galley style laundry is set off to the end of the kitchen with washer and dryer. Although, we do ask guests to restrict using the dryer to inclement weather where possible. You'll be able enjoy the best of alfresco dining with the indoor/outdoor lounge/dining area. Perfect for sitting back and taking in the spectacular view. Or why not grab a book and kick back in one of the sun loungers or hammock? This home is also located right between 2 separate Bargara Beach areas with Archie's & Kelly's Beach to the north and Rifle Range Beach to the south. With walkways stretching along the fore shores, it is very easy to connect with the Bargara Village life for that coffee & cake or dining choices. Handy shopping is just minutes away at Bargara Central with seven day trading by Woolworths & Aldi and specialty shops. For larger shopping needs, the thriving regional city of Bundaberg is just minutes to the west. Visit the turtle sanctuary, Dive at Elliot Heads or do a day trip to "Lady Musgrave" Island. This truly is your ultimate relaxing tropical escape! Daily connections to Queensland's capital, Brisbane is uncomplicated with travel by air, train, bus and road.
