This lovely stand alone cottage is set on a leafy private section only a stones throw from the center of historical Greytown voted in 2017 New Zealand's most beautiful small town. The space Self contain charming cottage fully equipped modern kitchen tiled bathroom with spa bath. Quite and private and set in manicured gardens with drive on access. Insulated with sash double glazed windows and wood burner to keep you cosy on colder days. Also centrally located to village center with its wonderful shops, pubs and cafes. Guest access Great shopping and dining walkways/cycleways handy to the wine region where you can visit vineyards and sample award winning wines also the many other attractions that the Wairapara has to offer you. Other things to note The cottage has 2 beds only a queen sized bed in each bedroom. Note there is an additional one off charge of $50 for 2 guests staying if they require both of the bedrooms.
