Large apartment in an old manor house

Welcome to the bright and spacious apartment with two bedrooms, ideal for 4 - 5 people in our old manor house in the beautiful Hegau, in the middle between the volcanic cones. The space Cozy and practically furnished in modern style, the apartment is a non-smoking neighborhood. The accommodation is suitable for allergy sufferers and therefore it is not possible to accommodate animals. We are happy to welcome you to the Homboll estate. We live on the ground floor and are happy to help you with any concerns. These are not holidays on the farm, but we are happy to guide you through our farm. A guest folder with information on local attractions is always ready. The apartment has kitchen-living room with dining area, bathroom, hallway and 2 bedrooms. Brief description of the rooms: The kitchen area with kitchen island and work surface, table with 4 chairs is equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, basic set of spices, etc. The living area has a sofa and TV. Also here is the access to the covered balcony. The bedroom with 1.80 m wide bed has a walk-in closet! There is a secretary who is converted into a changing area The duvets are made of synthetic material and therefore compatible for allergy sufferers. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower, and corner bath. Hair dryer available. Ironing board and iron, please ask us directly, these can be rented. Linens, towels, dish towels, cleaning materials and supplies for kitchen and bathroom, toilet paper are provided. Guest access Guests can park on the farm grounds free of charge. The vacation home is located on the 2nd floor and is lockable. The guest will receive front door and apartment door keys. Other things to note The Hofgut Homboll is still a working farm, which means that work is being done or the tractor is driving through the yard! A registration certificate according to the Federal Registration Act § 29, 30 must be completed and signed by the guest for all fellow travelers.
