From our balcony, see across the bay to Melbourne City. -20 min walk 2 min drive to the beach and Dromana strip - Driving distance to the major wine regions on the Mornington Peninsula. - Explore Mornington Peninsula! 20km to Sorrento or point Leo and some of the best Golf Courses in the world. - Large garden - We back onto Arthurs Seat National Park where you find lovely walks. -Air conditioning in each bedroom. The space Our place is a 2 minute drive to Dromana beach and shopping strip. In Dromana strip, find for your convenience IGA supermarket, many cafes and boutique stores and plenty of excellent restaurants and food take away shops. Within 10 minuets drive: -Arthur’s seat Eagle (chairlift). -Dromana Drive In's - Safety Beach - Dromana Beach - Multiple Wineries - Boutique Beer, Cider, Gin, Rum distilleries and Coffee roastery We have plenty of wildlife around with a reserve & dam right behind us with excellent walks. This has some positives with the addition of cockatoos frequenting our balcony to feast on some bird seed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, driveway, carport, lovely garden settings with great bay views from the balcony.. (excluding single locked garage) Other things to note Please Note: We believe strongly in Bee conservation, as do many of our neighbours, and we have a couple of bee hives in the farthest corner of the property.
