The Three Graces - beautiful house with spectacular views and private pool Our villa with its own pool is quietly located on the edge of the beautiful village of Katouna within walking distance of the village center with two taverns and offers fantastic views of the sea, the surrounding islands and the mainland. You will notice that our house is much more than a rental-oriented vacation home. It is equipped with everything that makes a home. It has been CO2-neutral since January 2022. The space The villa consists of three separate parts of the building, which are only rented together and is ideal for up to 5 people, preferably 4 adults and 1 child, as one of the bedrooms is a transit room. On the other hand, since this room offers beautiful views, adults may also appreciate it. The maximum occupancy is 6 people (max. 4 adults and 2 small children). The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean, terraced garden with almost 5000 m² of floor space. Here you will find various shady and sunny seating, dining and lounging areas as well as the semicircular infinity pool on the tiled pool terrace. Of course, there is enough private parking for several cars. In the two-story main house you will find the large living room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, the couch group by the fireplace and the balcony, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view. There is an additional bathroom on the lower floor. There is also our bedroom, which is not rented out. Of course, we are not present while you rent the property, so you can enjoy the wonderful privacy of the house undisturbed. In the wing - which is connected by a glazed transition to the upper floor of the main house - you will find a bedroom on the sea side (passage room with comfortable sofa bed that can also be used as a second living room), a separate toilet room with sink and another bedroom with its own bathroom. This makes the wing ideal for a couple or parents with one child. On the opposite side of the pool terrace, which also offers fantastic views of the sea and the mountains, there is the detached studio with integrated living room/bedroom, private bathroom and mini kitchen as well as its own small terrace. This is ideal for two adults or teenagers. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets in front of the windows and doors as well as fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The house is so well insulated that the rooms do not heat up too much even in midsummer. Due to the great quiet at night, the windows can remain open at night. The house was rented for the first time in 2018. We are proud that our house has been CO2 neutral since January 2022. We only consume electrical energy and this is supplied by our photovoltaic system. This produces more electricity during the year than we and our guests consume. Guest access The house is only used by the tenants alone. There is parking for several vehicles on the property. The bed here is a comfortable sofa bed, so this room can be used as a second living room if only 2 bedrooms are occupied. Since the master bedroom is in the same part of the building, this room is particularly suitable for children. - Bedroom 3 (this is the bedroom in the studio): AC, insect screens in all windows and the patio door, refrigerator, coffee machine, mini kitchen with mini oven, couch, armchair, table, chairs, wardrobe, books, TV (satellite) - Bathroom 1 (this is the bathroom in the master bedroom): electric bath heater, bathtub, glazed shower, sink, toilet - Bathroom 2 (this is the bathroom in the basement of the main house (under the living room). It is the main bathroom for guests in the front bedroom of the wing.
