HIGH SPEED INTERNET included, great if you're working from home.I It has 4 large bedrooms, all with King, and Queen beds and luscious linen! The Master bedroom has a large ensuite with spa bath, big walk in robe, and plenty of space in the room. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and desk, plus BIR Bedroom 3 is huge, and has a king bed, lounge & BIR Bedroom 4/ Rumpus room has a dividing wall which has a king bed on one side with a lounge area and TV, and the other side has the kitchenette area. The main lounge room is located at the top of the stairs above the entry, has a 75 inch smart TV with access to all channels. This lounge is connected via a large entertaining sliding glass doors to a north facing and sunny outdoor deck area. Perfect for meals or hanging out. Also a nice spot to position your laptop and work. The central Kitchen dining area with raked ceilings is huge. The Smeg and Miele Appliances make cooking and cleaning easy. The Smeg oven is 700mm wide, so cooks up a feast! Induction cooktop for quick cooking. Fisher and Paykel Fridge with icemaker. Miele wine fridge plus Miele steam oven in big walk in pantry. The kitchen and dining area has windows looking out over the lovely pool and deck area. Large laundry with Miele Washing machine and dryer as well as two clotheslines undercover out the door. Security screen on this door to allow air flow into the laundry. Ducted Vacuum cleaning. / outlets in rooms and halls / hose located in large walk in pantry :) Ducted Air conditioning in the rumpus room (bedroom 4) Double sided fireplace in the living area with some firewood supplied Gym with marine grade carpet / weights / bars / yoga mats and 60 inch smart tv in garage. The spa is not currently able to be heated unfortunately as there’s an electrical issue we can’t seem to get fixed - just fyi. The pool is cool but nice :) The Big Banana Fun Park is a short walking distance away, where you can ice skate, ride taboggans, have fun at the Water park, check out the Cheesemaking Workshop, Opal Centre or the Lollie Shop, or even buy a chocolate coated frozen banana! So yum! Aanuka Beach Resort is a easy stroll away, with evening live music, good vibes, and great restaurants. Diggers Beach is serviced during the school holidays by our local Surf LifeSaving Club, and it is also one of the safest and most popular swimming and surfing beaches in the area. It is an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach from our home. The Airport is ten minutes drive away, The Plaza is just over the hill, a one minute drive, and the jetty area is five minutes drive, where you can jetty jump, go out for dinner, do your morning swim, run or skate, or just go and enjoy the holiday fun while sipping a delicious coffee from the Salute Jetty cafe. Great coffee Shops are Old Johns or Supply, at the Jetty, or Salute in town in the Woolies Lane. Supply - near the Jetty has great coffee and food, as does Urban cafe. For night life and great vibes plus on tap beer you could go to the Element bar. Fiasco does great pizza. Indian restaurants are also great as there's a lot of local Indians who live around here. Latitude 30 is fine dining and has great local seafood, also in a lovely location, at the Marina, looking out over the ocean and the breakwall.
