The villa has both indoor and outdoor living areas, as well as a private pool and an upstairs Yoga deck which is a great area for enjoying sunsets as well. Living Areas This villa takes advantage of the tropical climate of Bali by having a large open-air kitchen, dining, bar and lounge area that connects directly with the swimming pool deck and swimming pool. This allows large groups to remain together even when there are some swimming, while some are in the kitchen, at the bar or lounging in the comfortable sofa.. There is an indoor living area that can be closed off with glass doors, and is furnished with a generous sofa and Entertainment Area (High Definition Flat Screen TV/DVD/Cable TV Stations) The upstairs area, has a big Yoga deck that also has a couch for enjoying the marvellous sunset views. The villa sits on 700 square meters of land and has a lush, tropical garden that is simple and allows for kids to enjoy whilst being safe. Bedrooms The main house has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the second floor. The villa has 2 rooms fixed with double bed and 5 rooms with Hollywood twin beds, which can be made into double beds if preferred. The upstairs bedroom completed with ensuites and a Yoga deck, with great views over the pool as well as of the trees to the north. The fifth and six bedrooms are located in the bungalow overlooking the pool separated from the main house. A double bed configuration and a private outdoor en suite gives a great option for those wanting to have their own space away from the main group. The last room is situated in the back yard in the second floor next to main building. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have safety boxes. Dining Lunch and Dinner can be catered for by local chef, at an additional cost. Any outside guests that are not registered at the our villas, are not permitted to stay without formally informing us about extra guests and this may incur additional charges. The villa located less than 5 minutes walk to Double Six Beach and in the opposite direction is Jalan Legian less then 5 minutes walk away. Noise restrictions only until 10.00 pm.
