The space Downstairs: 3 bedrooms, games room, bathroom, laundry, and expansive living area opening onto a large deck (outdoor dining) and grassed backyard. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms including a master with ensuite, a second large living/dining area with Smart TV (Netflix and Stan included), front and back balconies (BBQ & outdoor dining) with ocean views. Family-Friendly Features: Entertainment: Enjoy board games, table tennis and foosball. Outdoor Relaxation: After a warm outdoor shower, relax in the securely fenced 8-seater spa or unwind on the balconies with stunning ocean and surf views. Modern Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine, ducted heating, ceiling fans, air conditioning/split system. Practicality: Laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer, secure surfboard storage and wetsuit racks. Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps 10+ people with configurations including 3 queen bedrooms, double room with a double/single bunk (sleeps 3), plus an additional bunk room (sleeps 5 with single trundle). Percy's Beach House is not available for Schoolies. Only a short stroll to the Jan Juc town centre and the iconic Bells Beach and Torquay town centre are just a 5 min drive away. The RACV Club and golf course is at the end of the street!
