Your apartment is exclusively yours, no areas are common except outdoor areas. The owner lives in the building and your manager lives a few blocks away. A full time tenant and 1 other airbnb occupy the other units. PARKING: Convenient private parking is provided for one car just next to the entrance. There are a few steps up the porch to the entrance. THE SPACE: Walk inside and you have an open concept space with a table to eat, a velvet couch and chair to chill, and an updated high end kitchen to make a meal. Oversized windows offer lots of light with roman style shades to filter and keep your privacy. A small desk is in the bedroom that folds out if you need to isolate and send a few emails. STORAGE: One closet as you walk inside with space for luggage, extras. Two over-sized, double door armories stand tall inside the bedroom and offer ample space to store your belongings. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole private apartment, an off street parking space, backyard sitting area and wifi. Other things to note Parking is for one vehicle. Owner lives on the property. There is a school behind the house, so there is a little traffic around 3pm in the immediate neighborhood during the school year.
