Ideally located between the sea and the countryside, 800 m from the white sand beach of Keremma, 3 km, 5 minutes from Goulven Bay and Kernic Bay, 500 m from the GR34 on the natural area of the Keremma dunes. Our fully renovated vacation rental is a great place to relax in peace and unwind. Short-term rental available, 4 nights minimum. Your hosts Jeanne & Yves, close to the gîte, can give you information if you wish. The space Fully renovated single-family house, very bright, south, southwest facing with its inner courtyard and enclosed garden close to the sea, 5 minutes from the seaside resort of PLOUESCAT. GROUND FLOOR: A very bright living room of 30 m2 with views of the countryside, with fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, electric coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Table and 4 chairs, Sofa, TV, WIFI and tourist brochures at your disposal to visit the surroundings. Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks with storage and towel rail, hairdryer. A separate toilet with sink. A cellar with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, shelves and sink. Direct access to a closed outbuilding allows the storage of bicycles and beach equipment and can serve as a playroom for children. UPSTAIRS: A first bedroom of 16 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed equipped with a dressing room and a television A second bedroom of 14 m2 with 2 beds of 80 x 190 equipped with a dresser and a wardrobe. A third room of 4 m2 equipped with a baby bed and a changing table, baby chair, bathtub. All windows are equipped with electric shutters. OUTSIDE: An inner courtyard closed by a gate and an enclosed garden with a lawn of 300 m2. A terrace will allow you to eat outdoors, equipped with a living room, chairs, umbrella, barbecue and 2 sun loungers. Our cottage is located 800 m, a 10-minute walk from the beach and 4 km from the city and its shops. Various activities are possible nearby: relaxing on the beach, hiking on the natural site of Keremma, property of the Conservatoire du Littoral crossed by the GR 34, fishing on foot, kite surfing, water walking, bicycles... Plouescat, a seaside resort, located 4 km away, offers guided tours from the tourist office in July and August, nautical center (sailing, sand yachting, aquagym, kayaking), golf, equestrian center, children's entertainment, cinema, markets, casino-games, catering, creperie... Also discover the fishing village of Ménéham in Kerlouan 13 km away, Roscoff 25 km away: a city of lively character all year round with its fishing and pleasure ports, its exotic garden and shuttles allowing access in 20 minutes to the very pretty Ile de Batz. Brest, 40 km away, with its international airport, its marinas, commercial or military, its naval museum, the Château, Océanopolis marine aquarium will enchant you. Don't forget to visit the Aber Vrach, Benoit and Ildut along the coast of legends, the "3 priests" amusement park in Milizac... Leaving the seaside, towards the center of Finistère, you can visit the Château de Kerjean or the parish enclosures... Morlaix train station is also 40 km away. The beds are made upon arrival unless otherwise agreed on with the tenant IMPORTANT NOTES: During the period from OCTOBER 1st to MAY 31st inclusive, electricity consumption will be based on a meter reading made in your presence upon arrival and departure. The kwatt will be charged at the rate in force and will be paid at the end of the stay to the owners. Electricity is included in the rate outside of this period.
