West Akron (Montrose/Copley/Fairlawn) Upscale Home

I am close to Copley-Montrose-Fairlawn and to the Akron General/Cleveland Clinic Montrose Wellness Center (Hospital / Trauma Center), 2 minutes by car. You’ll love my place because of the house, and the crime-free, quiet, upscale, neighborhood and maybe even for a basement Woodworking Shop. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers to Goodyear or First Energy (both use Fairlawn-Montrose area hotels for guests for the wide variety of dining and shopping choices). The space You’ll love my place because of the PRIVATE Bedroom and PRIVATE Bath, the open layout and shear size of the house with very spacious common areas. Queen size bed - I finally had a day between guests to install a new mattress - Rated 5 Stars - independently cased coils eliminate motion transfer, high density foam to make sure that you do not sink and seat, and a memory foam pillow top. The neighborhood is crime-free, quiet, upscale, and great for walks. There is also a trail through the woods. I also have a very well-outfitted Woodworking Shop that could be available for small projects. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, College Students, Medical Staff and Interns, and business travelers. I am close to Copley-Montrose, University of Akron, Goodyear, First Energy, Dr Bob's House (AA), Soap Box Derby, Firestone Country Club, Cuyhoga Valley National Park, Twins Days, Twinsburg, Browns, Indians, Rubber Ducks, Cavaliers, LeBron James, Akron Marathon, Stan Hywett, Zips, Pro Football Hall of Fame. I am also close to Wolf Creek Winery, a very popular Ohio Winery. It's a 5 minute drive from the house. Try "Blue" for something different. Guest access You will have access to all common areas, Kitchen, Exercise Room, Loft Study, Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room and Laundry Room. Just clean up after you are done. Special note on the kitchen: Like most cook tops on an island, the range hood is downdraft. Look for the fan control - 4 burners - 5 knobs - the one at the top middle is the fan. Please USE IT. You can also have access to some bicycles for riding in the development (low traffic), rides to the Montrose Business District, and I have bicycle racks for rides in the Akron Metro Parks or the CVNP. During your stay I should be available for Companionship, Friendship, Dinners, an Activity Partner, and even a mentor throughout your stay. I am very well-educated with graduate degrees and well-traveled (N American, Europe, Eastern Europe including Russia, and several Asian countries including Japan and China). I was an International Student in College. Other things to note I am in a very nice West Akron community with a 20 minute commute to the University of Akron, First Energy, Goodyear, Dr Bob's House (AA), Soap Box Derby, Firestone Country Club, Cuyhoga Valley National Park, Twins Days, Twinsburg, and a 30 minute commute to pro sports teams like the Cleveland Browns, Indians, Rubber Ducks (15 minutes), Cavaliers, Akron Marathon, Stan Hywett, Zips, Pro Football Hall of Fame, and I'm 2 minutes from LeBron James (but he has a guest house now).
