Alga Beach House

Alga Beach House apartment is on the ground level with three bedrooms , 1 xbathroom with shower, toilet and vanity and 1 x bathroom with shower,bath,toilet and laundry, a very large undercover court yard area with a BBQ and 2 -3 parking spaces off the road. We are a 5 minute walk from Scarborough Beach. 5 minute drive to Karrinyup shopping complex. The space This 60’s house on hill has been renovated to accommodate two separate apartments. The ground floor apartment is Alga Beach House and it is very private . The only shared wall is the floor separating the two apartments ,which is 40 cm thick and the walls are made of limestone blocks and double brick. Alga beach has 3 bedrooms, an open style dining, lounge and kitchen, and a very large undercover courtyard for entertaining. The back door opens to the courtyard which has a large dining table , daybed and comfy outdoor lounge. Relax while taking in the views towards the city and our magnificent flame tree . A real retreat and very quiet. Guest access We are easy to find and close to shops,cafes and bus stop. Parking is off road and can accommodate two separate cars or three if one goes behind another. You have the option to park in front of your front door or beside apartment.
