Driftaway from everyday life, as you relax with the views from our upstairs living area, unwind from your busy life style in our living area, set out with your comfort in mind you will find this tastefully decorated to reflect the many changing colours of Smiths Lake. Our modern kitchen is fully equipped and perfect to prepare a dinner party or that quick and easy holiday meal, the entire house has ducted air-con, ensuring comfort in all seasons. Enjoy our home theatre-media room with Smart TV, to catch up on your favourite shows or a family movie or simply take some time out to enjoy one of the many books provided for your holiday reading. The huge rumpus room with pool table, many board games, play station 3, along with Wi-Fi keeps you entertained at Driftaway as well as keeping you connected with the outside world. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have ensuites and walk in robes for your comfort. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have a set of tri bunks (single on top and double on the bottom) along with a set of single bed bunks. Dine alfresco on the huge upper covered deck, then relax under the stars of a night, the silence of the bush lulling you into total relaxation. Driftaways lower decking is covered and the perfect place to curl up and “drift away” from everyday life as the children play on the grassed area with the lake as their back drop. Walk down the bush track to enjoy the sandy lakefront and enjoy a paddle on our kayaks as you explore the beautiful Smiths Lake. Top loader washing machine for those must do’s on holidays and a double garage is available for parking. You will find something for everyone at Driftaway. PLEASE NOTE: Driftaway is NOT a "party house" and as such does not accept booking for bucks nights, hens nights or similar. PRICING: EXTRA GUESTS SURCHARGE OVER 6 PEOPLE: This is NOT calculated on online booking as we only change this once off, and there is no provision for this as yet on the online booking function, please use “make an enquiry” ALTERNATIVELY you can put it through on online booking and I can amend the quote to be accepted by you prior to your booking. SURCHARGE IS : Once of per guests over out base booking number of 6 people of $100 an adult or $50 a child. Children under 3 stay FREE LINEN HIRE: Linen hire for your sheets and towels can be arranged for you with a local linen supplier, we provide quilts, quilt covers, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and garage. Other things to note Please note our payment information for groups larger than 6 people.
