It is in a complex with communal gardens and two swimming pools for adults and children. Very nice and quiet. It is a tourist area. Only 2 minutes you will find all amenities (restaurants, entertainment for children, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, aqua-park, diving centers, gymnasiums, tennis club, paddle among others). Ciutadella is a 5-minute drive, and there is a bus stop right at the door of urbanization connecting to Ciutadella and other parts of the island.
