The space The house is very spacious. There’s a huge and well stocked kitchen/diner, with bifold doors opening onto the pretty garden. There is a large oak dining table with seating for 8 people. You’ll be able to relax in the lounge which has three sofas, a gas fire and separate reading space. There is one king sized bed, 2 doubles, one smaller double bed, and one single bed, two bathrooms, plus a separate toilet. The large master suite has views across the South Downs and the sea. You will find all of the mod cons in this beautiful family home - 3 TVs, virgin media and sky sports, Netflix, induction hob and 2 ovens, iron, washing machine, dryer, espresso coffee machine. There is a large landscaped garden, with garden furniture, a trampoline, table tennis table. For the summer, there is a barbecue, 2 sun loungers, sun umbrella. And beautiful Hove beach is just over a 1 mile away. This is a wonderful house for families, there are plenty of books and lots of board games, DVDs and books to choose from. The 6-person Scandinavian wood fired hot tub is available for use on request. This is wood-fired hot tub so you will have to heat it with a wooden stove. Bubbles and lights. Instructions provided. Extra mattresses, and a travel cot are available upon request. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note Enjoy our house. No parties or large groups please, as we love our home! Please note that children are welcome. We have lots of toys kids beds, a high chair, etc but note there are stairs and no stair gates are provided.
