You will find all of the mod cons in this beautiful family home - 4 TVs, virgin media and sky sports, induction hob and 2 ovens, iron, washing machine, dryer, espresso coffee machine. There is a large landscaped garden, with garden furniture and a patio heater, a trampoline,. A table tennis table/ pool table is available on request (collapsible, mini, not full-size). For the summer, there is a gas barbecue, sun loungers, sun umbrella. And beautiful Hove beach is only 1 mile away. You can borrow our beach equipment and beach toys. This is a wonderful house for families, there are plenty of books and toys in the children’s play room and there are lots of games, DVDs and books to choose from. The luxury Scandinavian wood fired hot tub is available for use on request. This is wood-fired hot tub so you will have to heat it via the wood stove. Bubbles and lights. Instructions provided.
