The space The house is very spacious. There’s a huge and well stocked kitchen/diner, with bifold doors opening onto the pretty garden. There is a large oak dining table. You’ll be able to relax in the lounge which has three sofas, a gas fire and an adjoining children’s play room. There are 5 bedrooms (1 king, 3 doubles and one single) and the large master suite has views across the South Downs and the sea. You will find all of the mod cons in this beautiful family home - 3 TVs, virgin media and sky sports, Netflix, induction hob and 2 ovens, iron, washing machine, dryer, espresso coffee machine. There is a large landscaped garden, with garden furniture and a patio heater, a trampoline,. A table tennis table/ pool table is available on request (collapsible, mini, not full-size). For the summer, there is a gas barbecue, sun loungers, sun umbrella. And beautiful Hove beach is only 1 mile away. You can borrow our beach equipment and beach toys. This is a wonderful house for families, there are plenty of books and toys in the children’s play room and there are lots of games, DVDs and books to choose from. The luxury Scandinavian wood fired hot tub is available for use on request. This is wood-fired hot tub so you will have to heat it via the wood stove. Bubbles and lights. Instructions provided. Fantastic for the evenings. 2 of the bedrooms are perfect for children with children’s decor, a cabin bed and a bunkbed. Additional toddler bed, extra mattresses, and a travel cot are available upon request. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note Enjoy our house.
