The great room has a kitchenette (no stove), with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, individual blender, glassware, dishware/silverware for 4. A beautiful wood pellet stove offers cozy warmth in chilly months (pellets included). The suite is the lower level of the house. Owners live upstairs. Guest access Parking is on the street, usually right in front of the house or within 1/2 block. Downtown McMinnville is just a short walk away with delightful shops, restaurants and tasting rooms. Other things to note A plethora of wineries are available to explore within a half an hour drive or less. The beautiful Oregon Coast beaches are only one hour drive away.
