Our Beautiful Garden Cottage is a country style house (Don’t mix it with Hotel luxury). You can relax and unwind, and enjoy the experience of mountain views and country life. Cottage is Comfortable for Max 4 Adults so please check the Bed arrangements Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom. with FREE Wi-Fi & there is a nest cam covering the entrance for your protection. The space The Cottage is a well appointed cozy cottage with beautiful decor and a well-equipped kitchen offering every thing you could want for an enjoyable Getaway including complete privacy, onsite Parking and Beautiful Views. The house is all yours! We want you to feel comfortable in your home away from home. our place is best suited to nature lovers who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and are seeking a country life experience. *The Cottage is comfortable for 4 adults max due to the bed arrangements. We have Two Queen size bed in two bedrooms. * “Smile! There is a nest cam covering the entrance, for your protection". We have a single Video Surveillance camera at the front of our Garage. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the camera is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. * You are 9 minutes to Mount Beauty, 30 min to Bright or 40 min to Falls Creek. * The cottage has beautiful mountain views from the front and back deck. *Free WI-Fi for your use and in case you want to work away from home for a few days in nature. *A well-appointed kitchen with brand-new appliances, so you can keep the gang happy and fed. *You may prefer to venture outdoors to BBQ on the large elevated decking and enjoy the stunning alpine mountains. *For those cold winter evenings, the wood fire will provide a warm and cosy atmosphere. Wood is provided. The air conditioner is reverse cycling for all year comfort. *There is poracot 4Baby available at the property. *Bath, separate shower. NOTE - Hot water heats up overnight so please use hot water wisely and if you use the full tank you will need to wait for the next morning for the hot water. Hot water- Since it's an old hot water system, the Hot water tap gives boiling hot water, so please be cautious while using it and always turn on the cold-water tap first to avoid any danger, and please supervise kids when they are using the Hot water. *Flat Screen LCD TV/DVD and CD player *we have electric blankets to keep you warm in the winter nights along with room heaters as well. * In summers it gets hot- We have air conditioner in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. *All linen, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for your stay so you can enjoy your stay Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home so please be respectful of the property and don’t compare it with the hotel.
