Relax and unwind at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally suited to families this fantastic 4 bedroom beach house is in an absolute prime location exactly between Jan Juc Beach & Bells Beach. You can choose your own adventures each day with beaches, walks, shops, cafes & parks a short walk away. Plus the house has a fabulous games room with a full sized pool table & table tennis table, for those non-beach days. This holiday home will be everything you need to enjoy some quality family time. The space This property is over two levels in a quiet street. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and seperate toilet, a second living/TV room and also a huge games room in the converted garage. Upstairs there are another two bedrooms both with their own deck and one has an ensuite. There is also a half bathroom, full sized kitchen, dining area and lounge room. At the front of the house there is another deck with table and chairs and a BBQ. The kitchen is very well stocked and we supply spices, sauces, oil, tea and coffee. The upstairs area gives you views of the tree tops to the hills in the distance with windows on three sides. Each room has a wardrobe and/or a cupboard for you to place your clothes. All beds are made up with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, doonas and doona covers and throws. Mattresses and pillows are covered in protectors that are changed after every guest check out. Guest access The entire home will be your own for the duration of your stay.
