3 bedroom house all open plan and renovated in 2022. Great location only a 5 minute walk to the River Gannel. A 10 minute walk to the famous world renowned Fistral Beach and a ten/fifteen minute walk into the vibrant town of Newquay and many other beaches, shops bars cafes and restaurants. Miles of spectacular beaches and rugged coastline, Newquay is ideal for those seeking water based activities and those not, the Cornish coastline is breathtaking. Ideal holiday for both adults and children. The space On arrival you can park on the driveway. You will be able to access keys from a coded key box. On entry to the house you walk into a laminated hallway and carpeted staircase. Through the lounge door you will find the open plan lounge, dining kitchen area. The lounge has two sofas a smart TV with sky so you can enjoy coming back to your records in the evening. The dining area seats 5 and the table extends should you require it larger. WIFI is available and the password is displayed in the lounge area. The kitchen has everything you need including WM, dishwasher and fridge and freezer. The Kitchen leads to the back garden up 6/7 steps to a lawned area and PVC decked area with outside seating. There is also an extra small seating area near the back door. For your convenience there is a washing line and an outside tap to wash your wetsuits. Upstairs the family bathroom is modern with shower over bath, heated towel rail and illumious mirror. Bedroom 1 the main bedroom has a superking size bed and 50 inch wall mounted TV with sky. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom. Bedroom 3 is a single room with a small TV/DVD and sky. All the beds will be made up your arrival and we do provide 1 bath and 1 hand towel per guests. You will however need your own beach towels. You also have use of the garage to store surfboards, bikes etc. In the garage you will find various bodyboards left by other guests. Garage is accessible from the front and back. Guest access The accommodation once booked is entirely yours to use throughout your stay. It has been set up as a holiday home and therefore there are no personal things around and you should have everything you need to enjoy your break including WIFI and Sky TV Guests will be able to access all of the accommodation plus the garage to store items.
